Individual, couple, and family counselling sessions are possible.
My approach depends on the challenge you face and your needs. Attachment-based therapy can help you understand your interaction with the challenge – how you influence it or how it influences you – in order to change it. This allows us to explore who you are based on your upbringing and discover the root of any patterns in your life. I use this model along with elements of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
